Starters / Second courses

Soup of Norway lobster from Læsø

Marinated salmon with fresh salads, lemon, chive and saffron-cream

Lightly salted pork with compote, salad and horse radish cream

Cured ham with artichokes, aioli and crôutons

Main courses

Roasted breast of cockerel with pepper sauce and “crushed” potatoes with Dijon mustard and chive

Fillet of beef fried with sage, pickled onions, baked tomatoes and sauce jus

Cooked salmon with sauce mousseline, green vegetables and boiled potatoes

Danish veal fried with wild mushrooms, Port and cream with crispy potatoes

Whole roast of prime rib with sauce Bearnaise, redwine sauce, vegetables, mixed salad and homemade French fries
(Carved by the table for min. 25 people –extra price kr. 125,- pr. Person)

Small warm pancakes à la crepes Suzette with hazelnut-cream and warm orange-syrup

Pineapple ”pickled” in muscovado sugar with caramel ice-cream
