Fillet of beef with new onions, summer cabbage, “crushed” potatoes and redwine-sauce

Veal with fried sweetbreads, green asparagus, small vegetables and new potatoes

Roasted cockerel à la coq au vin Alsace

North Sea fish steamed in Noilly Prat with sorrel, small new potatoes and baked plum tomatoes
